What is your standard shipping policy for gear and accessories?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
How do I initiate a return for my purchase?
Items in new, unused condition with original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
Does my UPPAbaby product come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited 2-year warranty on all strollers and car seats. You can extend this to a 3-year warranty by registering your product online within three months of purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?

How can I track the status of my order?

Are your fabrics machine washable?
Most of our seat fabrics and liners are removable and can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle in cold water. We recommend air drying all components.
