We want you to love your UPPAbaby gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, once a product has been assembled or used, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach securely to the outside of your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the item is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
